FAQ

Driver questions.

Where can I apply?

We are preparing to launch in Harare and Bulawayo. Apply for your city now; delivery coverage and activation will be confirmed during onboarding.

Can I start delivering immediately?

Applications are open, but customer ordering and deliveries are coming soon. Applying does not mean you are approved or that delivery work is already available. Follow your application status for updates.

Which vehicles can I use?

Applications currently accept cars and vans only. Your vehicle, documents and suitability for the delivery area will be reviewed before activation.

Which vehicle documents do I need?

Car and van applicants need identity documentation, a valid driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance covering delivery work.

How much will I earn?

Delivery rates, any applicable charges and payout arrangements are confirmed before activation. Earnings depend on available deliveries and the work you complete; we do not promise a fixed income or number of orders.

What equipment will I need?

A smartphone with mobile data, a safe vehicle and the appropriate protective equipment. You don't need a delivery bag, but you must provide a clean, secure area and handle hot and cold orders safely.

Will I need to carry heavy grocery orders?

Orders are matched to verified vehicle and carrying capacity. Bulky or heavy orders are offered only to a car or van with enough verified space. Never take an unsafe load: report a size or weight mismatch before collection.

Is training included in onboarding?

The driver portal includes training for collection, safe delivery and customer handover. Complete the required steps and wait for approval before delivering.
